My Guarantee To You..

	Quick Exit Guarantee I guarantee to let you cancel your Listing Agreement at any time, prior to accepting an offer* to purchase your home, if you feel I have not done my job as a professional Realtor.
	Response Guarantee I will respond to your phone call within 2 hours, during normal business hours*, or I will reduce my commission by $50 for each occasion in excess of that time.
	Update Guarantee I will update you on all activity concerning your home at least once every week; this includes Realtor/Buyer feedback, new competition and sold competition. If I fail to do this weekly, I will reduce my commission by $50 for each week that you were not updated.
	Satisfaction Guarantee I guarantee you will be satisfied with my services to you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service I provide to you, I will refund you $1,000* at the close of escrow.
	Sold Guarantee If the property is not sold within 45 days, the listing commission will be reduced by $50 for each day until the property is sold or the listing commission is reduced to zero.
	Love It or Leave It If you purchase your next home from Sherman Smith & Associates, move in, and find that you don't absolutely love it, We will sell it for free (for up to six months after Closing)
